The Research and Academic Cell is dedicated to suggest and support for the educational achievements and to foster innovative research which indirectly benefiting the College as well as nation. Innovative research work serves as the foundation for the institution's future development. The fundamental aim of the cell is to
1. Encouraging the faculty members to publish their works in the journal of international repute (such as UGC care listed, scopus indexed, web of science etc.). Faculty members were also encouraged to published books/book chapters etc. in different print media.
2. Encouraging the faculty members to apply for Major/Minor research project for funding (from various sources).
3. Encouraging/supporting the faculty members to participate/complete various teachers; training programs (FIP. FDP, Refresher course, etc.)
4. Encouraging/motivating faculty members to present their works in national/international conferences.
5. Faculty members were also motivated to make e-resources such as online videos for students, e-content in MOOCS etc.
6. Encouraging the faculty members/departments to publish department Magazine/Journals and Newsletter etc.
