B Deorah College on 03/04/2024 at Vivekanda Vidya Bharati College, Beltola to educate the youth on various aspects of India's voting procedure. Dr Buragohain gave an interesting talk where he introduced the students to the electoral voting and registration process. He threw light on various fundamental concepts relating to voting procedure, the need to create awareness on voting rights and how it is important for the young voters to understand and get familiarised with the voting process. Dr Baruah gave an enlightening talk where she introduced the students to the electoral voting and registration process. She highlighted how it is important for the young voters to understand and be familiarised with the voting process as they are the future of the nation. Shee particularly encouraged the students to take interest, be politically aware and take active part in the voting process to make India a vibrant democracy.
